Functional characteristics

(1) The equipment adopts high-strength aluminium profile as the main frame, and thebonding platform adopts bakelite board as the fixed platform of LCD. The surface is pasted with high-temperature Teflon rubber cloth, which is smooth, horizontal and with-out gaps, beautiful and generous.

(2) The bonding device is designed with dust-free, smooth and static-proof soft rubberstick, which meets all the requirements of plate bonding process.

(3) The built-in vacuum adsorption function of the bakelite platform ensures that the plateis 100% firm and flat in the bonding process, which greatly improves the bonding processand efficiency.

(4) The design of super-long rubber roller, driven by high precision screw rod, has the char-acteristics of high elasticity, large contact surface, no bubbles, stable fitting speed and soon.

(5) Precision components are used in the circuit and pneumatic components. The fittingspeed and pressure are accurate, which meets the requirements of high precision fittingtechnology for large area flat plate.

(6) There are 30 sets of parameters in the software system. Frequency, torsion, brakingtime, multi-function terminal setting and control source selection can be set according toactual needs.
